WDH for 2013 X23B

Wanting to put my wdh on but the propane tanks won't allow the chain mounts to cam over. The dealer who sold it to me is no help. I dont want to try to move the tanks but I noticed the 2014's tanks & battery are switched.

Bikester..... On our 2013 X23B's the tanks and battery are reversed from what you have.

I can't believe the dealer won't help out.

I'm not sure why it won't work as is, our 2011 X17Z had the LP tanks against the trailer and the battery in front, it worked out fine. If this is a new unit, the dealer should be able to get this to work. Here's a pic showing the snap up brackets. We did have to lift up on the LP cover a little to swing the bar up, but otherwise not a big deal.

Mine are real tight and barely fits. I have just enough open hole to slide the keeper pin in. I am going to take a look at my tank carrier and see if I can modify it to move the tanks a bit closer together, Half inch would do it.

OK took care of it today. No modification necessary. The galvanized tank holder that holds the regulator and the top of the tanks has 2 cutouts. I moved the tanks towards each other and used the inside cutouts. The brackets now chain over without the tanks impeding them.

I was going to suggest you call Jayco Customer service to let them know that the dealer is selling trailers without highly recommending you have a WDH..but I see on the Jayco Facebook page you had already done that. I hope they and the dealer fix this for you...
