Just adding to the ideas here, I converted the RVQ mount bracket to a shelf for our Coleman Stove.


The shelf is a lamination made from some scrap lumber and I drilled holes down the middle so it slides over the bracket arms.

The cheap RVQ is long gone, I use a Coleman Roadtrip which usually sits a bit to the right but away from the trailer and out from under the awning for flare up safety.
