What is this part?

We had a leak this weekend in our 2015 X18D which I diagnosed as the water inlet connection leaking.

I ordered a new connection from Amazon and it's a relatively simple replacement. However looking inside the Camper I see that the pipe from the inlet to had this broken plastic on it. It looks like it's a 90 degree "elbow" for the water line.

It makes sense to me that having an angle in the pipe would reduce the pull on the inlet connector, so perhaps this was the route cause of my problem.

Anyway it's a simple device, any ideas on where to get one, I have to imagine it's cheap and cheap insurance against another failure!

Thanks
