What to look at ?

Tomorrow we go pickup our factory fresh 23b. I will be giving it a real good going over. Is there any area problematic to this model or to Jayco products in particular that I need to pay special attention to?
I have my PDI list and will be taping the whole PDI for future reference.

I cannot remember any problems specific to the 23B being posted here that you would have to look out for. The standard PDI list should suffice. Good luck and post some pics!

Used ones might have some problem areas to look for but a new one shouldn't other than fit & finish issues.

Just things specific to a HTT - be sure when sprayed with water directly that the doors and seals for the bunk doors don't leak. When closed, have them spray the bunk door directly, open the door. Ensure no water is on the canvas or within the door. Other then that, the typical list of items on a PDI will cover you.

Most Dealers will fill your propane tank....our dealer threw in a Camco Starter Kit (5 Gal Bucket, RV Wash, Sponge, Fresh Water Hose, etc....etc)......

Happy Camping

Be sure to check every lights, fans, etc basically anything with a switch. At our PDI I discovered a few interior lights not working. Much easier to get any issues addressed before you leave the lot. Look underneath too for any low-hanging wires (like tank sensor wires) that aren't supported properly.

Battery n Propane! Several folks have reported picked up a new TT to find BNI (battery not included).
We picked ours up in Orlando (RVDirect) and headed back towards Houston. Without those 2 items we'd have spent a little extra time getting started back.
Remember: No battery = No break-away brakes! Probably an illegal configuration in most states.

Just from my experience.. Whatever is missed in the PDI probably will not work.
