We really like our 2017 16XRB - have never seen a rig I would rather have. The tent material is very strong easy-to-care-for vinyl and leaks are rare. We've camped in snow, wind, cold, heat, KOA highway noise, and campground noise makers. Never been much of a problem. I have rigged up an extension to the side of the sofa to provide enough room for sleeping inside. Last week we slept inside two nights in a row due to 45+ mph winds.
We always like the fresh air and morning light of a tent and the hybrid gives us that along with a nice bathroom and kitchen.
Twice we have gone to campgrounds that are full but offered us tent spots. Worked very well.
The hybrid tows well, but has a lot of wind resistance against the front bunk hatch. We have also made numerous modifications to make our trailer perfect for us.
We're in our mid-70s and this will be our last trailer, but if... absolutely would buy another hybrid!
