I'm with Isaacs. Jayco crafted a balance between the frame, suspension, axle and tires.
Until you understand all the factors that go into re-balancing your trailer after modifying it, don't go wasting your money.
EDIT: Talk to the 4X4 enthusiasts about modifying things for improved [Name It]. They love to install a heavier-duty part from another truck and go through the process beefing up their rig to take advantage of the modification. It's fun. But do you want that for your portable house?
