X17z battery switch

I am considering adding a battery switch to eliminate battery going dead while sitting in my yard. Has anyone else added one?

I bought a Marinco switch on Amazon and mounted it to the side of the battery box. Connected the positive cable that was going to the battery to the switch, bought a short 12" cable to go from the switch back to the battery. Simple job to do and easy access to turn off and on.
