You can buy UV stablized, USA made zip ties. They will outlast your trailer.

You can also find these type tie wraps in your home store in the heating/duct section. They are used to hold flex duct on fittings. Just look at the bag and see if they are USA and heat/UV stable. The ones I have my sewer pipe holder tied on with were about 4 feet long before cutting and they came from a home store.

My experience with them is they dry out crack and fail. The good ones are used all over the place, you will find them on most duct work these days, inside and outside. You will find them all over solar systems, that sort of thing.

Its sort of like tarps.....the blue ones you find for a couple of bucks each will last about 2 months in the sun, but the expensive ones you find in professional use can last for 10 years or more. Both are made of the same material. The difference is a few chemicals added in processing that blocks UV. This allows oxidation on the surface but not deep enough to destroy the product.

Thanks for everyone's input. I ended up doing a simple install of the Valterra sewer tube. I used 36" cable ties and ran them around the cross beam that runs across the rear of the trailer from left to right. The cable ties slid between the floor and the cross beam. Looks good and an easy install.
