x23b maiden voyage complete!

Phew, and back from our first run with the new x23b. Everything pretty much worked perfectly. Of course, for our first trip, we forgot some things and need to tweak a few others. The only mechanical problem is that I keep blowing the inline fuse in my battery box when I go to un-hitch and try to run the electric tongue jack. I've gone through 5 so far since Thursday.

We didn't have sewer but the water/electric systems worked great. I'm so glad I did the fantastic fan upgrade. That thing rocks. I want to toss out to everyone in these forums that have given the hints/tips/ideas while I've been doing my research. Little tricks, like the shoe storage hanger on the bathroom door just make things so much nicer.

The 3yr had a blast and loved having his own bunk to go back and read books and play with his clip on bunk fan/light. The wife thought the space was great and loved features like the led awning lights and power awning.

Next up, a longer trip for the 4th holiday!

Awesome! We love our 2012 X23B. Was the fantastic fan hard to install? I've been looking at them. The stock fan needs to go.

I have no idea. I had the dealer do it before I took possession. I definitely hope to increase my chops on working on things, but figured I'd start out with all the things I wanted from the dealer while I could and upgrade from there. I will say that I used the multi-speed setting a bunch and it really seemed to make a difference for us when we weren't running A/C.
