Jagiven pretty much gives spot on advice. I have an 08, and I'm 250 lb. There is a little flex, but I walk flat footed and gingerly. I put down a neoprene pad where I kneel when I clean and re-caulk with dicor, so my knees don't push too hard into the membrane. Slow and easy is the key and you'll be fine. I use Dawn as well. Got that from my sailing days. Doesn't pollute and is very gentle.
