2011 E-450 Emission Recall

I am wondering how many of you received the above recall from Ford recently (Emission Recall 15E05)?

This seems to say that they need to reprogram the powertrain control module because of changes in government test procedures.
I have already reprogramed my bus with the 5 Star tune, which helped the shift points and a little with the poor gas mileage. If I have the recall, I am pretty sure it will undo all the advantages of the 5 Star tune, so I am inclined not to do it. The notice says that in some locales not getting the recall done will prevent you from registering the vehicle, but Florida is not one of those locales.

I am interested in the opinions of those who have gotten one of these notices.
