I'm a newbee to the site so I can't tell if anyone answered you, but I will. The serial# & model# are on the backside of the toilet. We are finally receiving a full refund for ours after the company we purchased it from took them to task. Dometic will tell you there is no recall, but it is what is called a silent recall. This is a case where a class-action lawsuit is in order. Hope this helps.
