A/C recall ? 2019 Precept 36U

Was supposed to do my PDI last Tuesday but received a call from the dealer that the dash air didn't work. Haven't heard from them since. I saw on FB that there might be a recall or tsb with the switch that turns the a c on not making contact. Kinda bummed to be delayed. Any news on this ?

Frustrating....Yes but better to get it fixed before than wait in line afterward IMO.
