AXLE recall

We just received a call from our RV Dealer concerning a "axle recall". They wanted axle no. which I gave to them. All this was done via messages left on phone.
Anyone here from their RV Dealers about this? We have a 2010 Jay Feather Sport 165

Due to no response, it seems this "axle recall" is horsefeathers? No one else has been contacted?

Apparently Dexter axle has a recall on the Swift SLX models. Might want to check out this post http://www.jaycoowners.com/showthrea...ice-now-posted especially reply #14. dlindsay001 gives the axle numbers included in the recall. Hope that helps.

Russell, I'm AOK.

I am losing confidence in our "RV DEALER" business practices.

1. they made it sound like an emergency and message came in at close of business 4:55pm
2. of course, when I responded at 5:15pm service was gone but SALES staff was there
3. I should not have been notified if homework had been done
4. so far they have not responded to the message I left

This is a terrific site!! AND Jayco PEOPLE
