Russell, I'm AOK.
I am losing confidence in our "RV DEALER" business practices.
1. they made it sound like an emergency and message came in at close of business 4:55pm
2. of course, when I responded at 5:15pm service was gone but SALES staff was there
3. I should not have been notified if homework had been done
4. so far they have not responded to the message I left
