hot water tank not working

I have a Jayco topflight 26bhs, I just took delivery in early June. After 4 uses the hot water tank is no longer functioning. Both the electrical and gas do not work. When tying to use the gas connection the igniter doesn't even spark.

I had done all the trouble shooting listed in the owners manual but wanted to check one more things prior to calling for service.

Where the heck is the electrical panel ? Its not under the stove or the sink. I wanted to take a make sure nothing simple was in the way.

Not being familiar with that model, it should be near floor level in a wall that has obvious space behind it (not an exterior wall) as the converter is normally behind it. It will be a dark colored plastic rectangle that you push the front panel gently and it will spring open. You will likely need to go back through the troubleshooting steps once you locate the panel and assure that there is power to there water heater.Good luck.
