I have seen posts going back to 2017 Pinnacles. Has Jayco included 2016 Pinnacles in the recall?

2017 Pinnacle FBTS Suspension recall

This is all good to hear. I just called the local dealer in Alachua FL and they said they have the bumper stops they can install that day but after taking measurements to determine if the other hardware needs replaced we would have to bring it back. It would take a couple weeks to get in. Ours is a 2017 FBTS we purchased new and have taken a couple 6-7 month trips as far as Vancouver BC. In 2018 we first broke a spring on I75 outside Macon GA and later that year broke a spring on the other side outside rapid City SD. Both times we were lucky enough to be able to stay in either the Camping World parking lot with electric or a campground with full hookups for free while the repairs were done. We full time RV and this was a great service the dealers provided. We learned a few things from the first incident. You are correct whoever said the normal roadside services do not know what to do. Al you have to do is extend your rear stabilizer to lift the frame off the tires and put blocks in to keep the frame off the tires and drive slowly to the nearest dealer. We went like 30-45 miles wit flashers on and made it with no further incidents. We will be taking our unit in soon to have this addressed. Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences. We will definitely look into being reimbursed for any costs incurred.

As far as the notice states it is only 2017 models. The recall letter even has the rig VIN number.

Thanks Poppy, We are just taking delivery of this unit and
want to eliminate any known issues while it's still sitting on the dealer's lot.
