Yep, vacuum breaker, the rubber float becomes stiff and doesn’t seal properly under pressure, easy 20 minute fix, around $20 bucks if you do it yourself, I just replaced mine in June

That valve you showed on here finally failed on my '09 last winter Crabby.. but due to this thread I knew what to replace...

Over the years replacing RV toilet valves, seals, gaskets, etc., I've also applied plumbers grease where possible...., seems to help.
