Looks like RAM just announced a big recall for a variety of models with potential shifter issues.....

For those with a RAM, on the RAM website you can search by VIN to see if your truck is impacted. Thankfully mine is not

I took mine in earlier this month for my free oil change...and of course they don't have the part in yet to complete the recall!
Edit: Score! I just check my VIN and I don't need this recall...just the water pump.

Just checked my 2014 3500 VIN on the Canadian Mopar site and mine is listed for this recall as well as the water pump.

Just tried again to correct my vehicle, but I can't figure it out. Can anyone show me where to make the change from my 2010 Ram to my 2014 Ram?

we love our Ram but if it was not for recalls we would never need to take our truck in, but since you reminded about the water pump I took my truck to a Ram dealer in Alvin Texas,and as always never have the parts ,going to call the manufacture and open a complaint case we have warranty..
