TSB #20-017 2020 White Hawk and 2020-2021 Jay Feather

Received Technical Service Bulletin via mail today... "For inspection and diagnostic of the wiring in place to ensure proper function of the disconnect switch"

Anyone else get this notice? Any more details?

Got it in the mail today, in Cda. 2020 Jay Feather 18rbm. Had already noticed that switch did not "seem" to cut off all 12V power inside unit, but didn't need to dig deeper for the work I wanted to do. Will contact dealer tomorrow to learn more, and hope they'll be able to get to this before I die of old age!

Was able to get service appointment for 1st of October, this year. Dealer knew about recall and said there's "a kit" he has to order from Jayco and the job is alloted one hour by Jayco. He stated being confident the parts would be in by then, as currently, Jayco has a two-week delivery average. I was so surprised to get the appointment that I completely forgot to ask what the kit consists of. We'll see.

Got it done. They reconnected 12V wires behind the main electrical distribution centre and battery kill switch now works. Tech said it took about half an hour and the "kit" Jayco sent them consisted of two blue wire nuts (marrettes). I have the actual detailed tech instructions, but don't know how to post a 9 page document. Could have done it myself but because of warranty issues decided to have it done on Jayco's nickel.

I would be willing to do the work myself as opposed to hooking up and driving an hour each way to the nearest Jayco dealer... are you able to email the tech bulletin?
