2 B or NOT 2 B a Heat Pump?

Well in our new to us Entegra (2019 version), the front Coleman Mach 8 is not producing heat, so I did a lot of researching and found that the reserving solenoid coil mechanism most likely was "stuck" and to slightly tap on it to loosen it up...
so now that the weather is fairly nice where we are, I decided to one, check that out and two install the two vent covers I got for our Maxxair fans.

Pulled the cover off the AC, and all looks clean, nice wiring, connections good...
but doesn't look like there is any reserving valve solenoid coil assembly on this one.... So I sent Coleman Mach a note with the model/serial# to confirm if this was. in fact supposed to be a heat pump version... and awaiting there answer.
According to the web site and the manual, it is supposed to be a heat pump...

on the back AC, I see the reversing valve/solenoid coil mounted right next to the back coils on the right side.....?? am I missing something here? Literally....

Did the previous owner replace it and "go cheap" only buying a standard a/c or did they run afoul of supply chain problems and no HP was available? You would think, that if was missing from the beginning the original owner would have had it corrected.

Are you sure both units are supposed to be heat pumps? I see a lot of RV's advertising HP systems and only one roof unit has it.

So double checked the Build Sheet in our paperwork and the original AC was the Heatpump version the 47074B879... and apparently they did swap it out cause I found the 3rd manual for the 47204B879 that is installed.... AND they hooked the heat wire to the control board so that's why when I turn electric heat on, the AC/compressor kicks I/ turns on and pumps cold air....

One more thing to ding against RV Country salesman...

Coleman Mach did respond fairly quickly stating that no the 47204B879 model is AC only....

However, funny thing, if you go to Coleman Mach Product selector function and enter Black, Heat Pump, 15,000 BTU, Condensation pump..... you get 4720B879... see screen capture
