2017 Seismic 4112 Power issues

We seasonal camp and our site has 30 Amp service, we have tried 2 new batteries and even when we are plugged in they won't hold a charge, but microwave etc will work so I know we are getting 30amp. I pulled the load centre panel and tried to locate the converter but cannot find it, does anyone know where it is in this trailer as I want to check the fuse. Any ideas on issue would be appreciated. thanks

The converter should be built into the breaker/fuse panel on a 2017.
