2019 Seneca LED light cover replacement

Hi Folks, hope you are all doing well!

My DH and I have encountered a problem... one of our indoor light covers fell out when the slide was in, and splintered when it got stuck when the slide was put out. (When it happened we had heart stoppage hearing this terrible breaking sound, we thought the slide had blown up... oh the relief it was "just" a light cover.)

So, you would think it would be easy to replace an LED light cover... nope, can't find on line; Camping World our local supplier has tried but failed.

Does anyone have one to sell? or any ideas where we can find one?

It is plastic, about 4 9/16" outer diameter and 3 1/16" inner diameter. There are short threads on 2 'sides'.

Plan B will be to replace the fixture, but I have faith in our Jayco family! We are happy to pay for the cover and shipping.

Safe travels all!

Kathy & Bob

Have you called Jayco and asked them to send you a new one under warranty? If you're still under warranty the cover falling out of the fixture for no reason should be covered. They could at least tell you who manufacturers the cover if they're not willing to replace it.

You will have to buy a new fixture and use the new cover. Save the remaining new parts. Not gonna sell you just the cover.

Hi, yes, Bob contacted Jayco parts division (by email) and they said to go to Camping World. CW tried, and sent one, but it was not correct (glass and threaded wrong). We aren’t covered by the warranty because we are the second owner. I am hoping someone replaced light fixtures and stored these in a box and wouldn’t miss one..

Thanks for taking the time to reply!

I would be happy to buy the same fixture (and just use the cover). So far haven’t found the same one. We have been looking all over the web for the fixture. Thanks for replying!
