Adding Decal Stip

I need to add the blue and the black stripes back to the compartment doors on our 2019 27RL Jay Feather.

I have the decals from Jayco and was wondering if they are like the vinyl tape where you just spray water on them and position them or if they would have their own adhesive.

Any idea's would be appreciated.

They are likely a vinyl with adhesive.
