Good luck. I feel your pain.

This is an old thread and when I saw the title I thought....”that sounds like something I’d do”. Then I realized it was my thread.

The weird thing for me on this thread is that I replied to it 4 years ago and am just now seeing it again after all this time.

Oh LOL it really IS your thread^^

Ok that is funny. I thought it looked pretty familiar too hahaha

I've bent back the hinges. The door itself is undamaged, but the screws tore the $@)& out of the particle board cabinet. How would you remount this. The original screw holes are too big now for the screws that were in the hinge. Ideas.... this is most damage I've done to an RV to date. Sickens me.

And of course we're scheduled to depart day after tomorrow.

HD or Lowes buy wooden plugs they come in various sizes, drill out the damaged hole first then fit wooden plugs dont forget to glue them in.

+1

Toothpicks or tees are great for small screw holes. Buy, when you cause that kind of damage, a glued in dowel make for a perfect surface to stain and drill into.

LOL 2017 was a great year!

You also can purchase nut and bolt plastic caps that would finish it off nicely.
