Antifreeze in the water heater

Yesterday while winterizing, I did not have the valves set correctly. I pumped the rv antifreeze into the water heater. Should I be concerned, or is it ok to leave it there until I clear out the system?

Just open the drain plug and let it run out. It isn't going to hurt anything.
When you de-winterize the trailer, just let water run into the hot water tank then open the drain plug to rinse it out, reinstall the plug. You will be fine.
I jeep antifreeze in my water lines all winter and after de-winterizing the lines, I don't have any antifreeze taste in my lines.

I'd drain the water heater, try to save as much of the six gallons (typical hot water tank capacity) of anti-freeze in the heater for next year (cause I'm cheap or frugal depending on how you view it) and do as RAurad mentioned, make sure to run plenty of water through the hot water tank when you de-winterize next Spring.

RV antifreeze is not toxic.

Configure your WH to “bypass”, drain it via the drain plug (I assume it’s an Atwood, if not via the anode rod) and flush thru the same opening.
The other thing you could do is leave it, but be sure to flush it well in the spring.
If it gets really cold where you live (I’m in the Houston area so to me that’s anything below 32 deg is really cold) the AF concentration might not be high enough to prevent damage should the WH freeze if you don’t drain it, so factor that into your decision.

If that’s the worst mistake you make you are lucky, trust me. ;-)
