Apollo Half Time Microwave

When I first bought my Designer in August 2010 the Apollo over worked fine, but the air fan inside it had the blade hitting something. It wasn't terribly bad, but it was hitting. I mentioned this to my dealer and they said as long as it was working OK, why not just see what happens since it was under warranty for two years. Last week, it was still making the same noise, but a little worse after 19 months of full time use, I pulled it out and took it to the dealer. This morning I'm going to pick up my brand new replacement.

My dealer did me a real favor by having me wait. I could have replaced it early on, but this way I get a new one 19 months later.

I'm still very happy with my dealer and Jayco. The microwave manufacturer declined the warranty since it was over 12 months old, but Jayco covered it.

I sure do Rob, and my brand new microwave is now installed and working perfectly.
