2019 Alante 26X new this week. bed over cab doesn't lower or lift. I found the service panel was removed and wires cut as if a component had been removed. Does anyone have a wiring diagram, manual, or know the manufacturer?

Was this not discovered when you did your PDI? That's a big issue, one I'd want the dealer to fix under warranty.
