Bigfoot Jack Jammed

We have been storing our 2015 Seneca at a family member's property. The gravel drive was recently regrated, leaving a large roll over at the exit. Upon leaving last time, the front right leveling jack ran aground and is now rotated at about a 15 degree angle. This seems to have fully disabled the ability for the entire jack system to work. The alarm in the Bigfoot control panel is constantly going off and I can not turn on or off the system from the control panel. I tried manually rotating the foot, but no movement. Hitting it with a hammer didn't seem to cause any rotation either. Any thoughts on how to free it?
