Black water tank issue

We noticed some leakage under our 2019 Greyhawk Prestige on our last trip. My husband did a through inspection when we got home. He found they put the black tank right next to the spring shackle bolt and now it is protruding through the black water tank causing the leak. Luckily it is still covered by warranty. We are requesting they put in a new tank, not just repair the hole. Anyone else have this problem?
