Bubbles on fiberglass on side of slide?

We have a new 2014 Jayco Jayflight Swift 267 BHS. I noticed on the sides of the slide that there are some bubbles where it meets the seal when closed. I don't have much experience with fiberglass surfaces. I was wondering if there is a clear coating on the fiberglass that could have an air pocket or is this actually the fiberglass with bubbles. I will try and get some pics tomorrow.

Pics would help but if it's under warranty take it back. It shouldn't have bubbles and it won't get better.

Here is the area of concern. It is exactly where it meets the seal when closed. It is a clear plastic membrane like auto clear bra or the screen protector on your cell phone. I assume it will involve removing and repairing or replacing the panel. I will call the dealership but will hold off on repair until the fall.
