Chrome wheel centers

What is the best way to remove the imitation chrome wheel centers on my trailer without breaking them.

If I understand the question, you need to remove the tire, the cap is sort of cone shaped and drops out with the tire off.

Pull the wheel and they pop out of the wheel from the back.
