Definitely see a difference in all the pics. I will say yours was pretty bad compared to mine. Lol! But, that's a heck of an improvement! I will say when I did mine my roof was dry and I made sure I got good coverage and let it soak. Like I said, mine was just sprayed on, soak time, and rinsed off. It prolly wouldn't hurt to full strength spray it on the roof dry, let it soak for a bit and do some hand scrubbing. I've done that on my awning to get the real bad ones clean and got 99% completely clean right off.
Either way yours turned out WAY better than it was. NICE job!!

Is this similar to any bleach based cleaner like you'd buy for kitchen and bath? At $10 per bottle, if its just a different packaging of bathroom cleaner, or 409, it would be overpriced?

No, I paid $9 at Home Depot for (more than) 64 oz. I used it two times, fully covering the roof and still have some left in the bottle.

Not sure I would go and use bathroom cleaner with bleach.

I also picked up a gallon at Home Depot--it was in the paint department. I was just going to use a 4 to 1 solution to see how it went.

Just to share, I've been looking at different solutions to clean the fiberglass roof...saw that Wet and Forget would work but wanted to confirm so I emailed them. Their response:

"Thank you for contacting Wet and Forget. Yes, Wet and Forget is safe to use on an RV fiberglass roof. It won't harm or discolor the surface."

Phone no. is 888-727-8524 if you'd like to confirm.

Serious question, is there such a thing as a fiberglass roof? I thought the RV roofs were all rubber.

Yep. my Odyssey is fiberglass. Likely the new Grayhawks have it as well, as they're both Jaycos per se.

This roof had not been cleaned--ever! Been more than 5 years. It was black.

It gets very hot here in South Alabama as well, so started about 6:15AM took about 2 hours.

Here is the results after one gallon of Mold Armor and using a truck washing brush to scrub the surface. I was going to get another gallon but Home Depot was out of it. It really did not do very well on the area that had the heavy sealant on it. Perhaps it will come completely clean with another effort.

I hope that another gallon cleaning will product the best results.
