That's pretty amazing. I checked it out, and it's safe for quite a few surfaces, but mostly household uses. Was it a gamble it was safe for your roof?

That looks great, thanks for sharing. Is that a rubber roof?

it looks great but I've never understood why so many trailer owner want such a clean roof. The only time I see mine is when I am standing on it.

I will admit, it was a little bit of a gamble but I read the back of the bottle and it says it's safe on rubber. That's why I tried it on a small area first to see what would happen. It came really clean and I couldn't find anything wrong with the roof.after.

Thanks!
Yes, it's a rubber roof. It seems pretty thick and durable too.

There may come a day when you need to seal the roof. (That day will come). That process will have you glad you kept the roof clean.

A dirty roof creates the black streak runoffs going down the side of your RV during rainfall. Keep the roof semi clean and your ugly black streaks are avoided.

Good tip on the roof cleaning. It’s always bothered me to see the dirty roof against my clean front cap when looking at the trailer from the front. It turns a dark brown when out on the road for a while. One downside of this trailer is you can see the roof from the ground. Not bad in this photo, but as you can see, the roof is quite visible.

I don't think I've seen a TT that has the roof come that far down in the front.

My HT fw was the same. I don’t get it. Seems it would be prone to road debris as well. Haven’t noticed this with other manufacturers.

I was thinking the same thing that I've never seen one with the roof come that far down OR the cap be that short depending on how you want to look at it. Lol!

I understand and wasn't being critical. I wash mine after every trip just to maintain it. I will also admit you piqued my interest.

The active ingredient is Sodium Hypochlorite in 5.25%, basically bleach. Which is pretty much the only way to get rid of mold other than heat and abrasives.
I've always heard not to use bleach on a rubber roof.

I read the distructions on the back label and it said it was safe for rubber, so I decided to give it a whirl. I dont exactly know how much "bleach" is in there but you can definitely smell it. It didn't do any damage, so far. Lol!

OK, off to the local Home Depot for some of this stuff. Looks great. And my roof, which I can turn around and look down upon from the home office upstairs, is looking relatively nasty.
Good tip, thanks.
