Coach Door Stop Adjustable?

Is the air spring on the bottom of the coach door adjustable as far as the distance the coach door opens? I think not but my coach door hits the awning as it opens a little more that 90 degrees. I guess I could get a plastic self sticking door stop and place on the door. Any suggestions?
TIA

A door stop, or something to cushion the contact would be an idea. The existing shock is not adjustable for length, however with some searching on gas shock web sites, you may be able to find one that's a little bit shorter on the extended length. you will need the same gas pressure and end attachment specs. Here's one major player.
