Company to replace my Carefree Awning

I live just south of Charlotte, NC in the Rock Hill, SC area and am looking for an RV dealer or RV repair service to replace all the components of the Carefree awning on my 2011 Jayco X213. Any recommendations for companies in the area would be appreciated. The canopy is cracking and a few years ago I clipped the end of the awning roller tube on an overhanging tree branch and bent the tube and knocked the support arms out of square. So the whole thing needs to be replaced.

Rather than list them all, Google "mobile rv technicians near rock hill south carolina" and it comes up with a bunch, but only the first five list themselves as RV repair.

You might consider buying the awning yourself and having a mobile RV company come out and do the replacement. Of course call and ask them first if they're good with that. I've just heard so many bad stories about RV dealer service departments and have experienced a few myself. A dealer would be a last resort option for me.

Can you post any pics? They would be helpful to folks in getting an idea of how much damage you have that would help in determining what needs repaired.

Like they say... "A picture is worth a thousand words."

We have needed service / repair / replacement of our Carefree awning and Slide Toppers a few times. Every time we went to the Carefree of Colorado website and searched for the Factory authorized(trained) companies that they partner with.

All of our experiences with these companies were with mobile service, coming to us in a RV park far away from home - and every time we had a good experience.

Photos of awning arms damage

The attached photos show how much the awning arms are out of alignment.
