Constant water drip under trailer
We own a 2015 28 BHBE. When ever we're out camping there is water dripping from under the trailer. I though at first it was a possible leak in the grey tank. Even after emptying it it still drips. Could it be something from the fridge maybe? Any thoughts will be appreciated.
Thank you,
Werty

We may need a little more info to give a informed answer,
What part of the rig is the water coming from. Is it a down pipe? How about a picture?

If I was a betting man, I would say one of you low point valves is leaking. The low point valves are in the fresh water lines to drain the water from you plumbing pipes.
I am not familiar with your tt. But look inside for some white tee handled valves in the water piping above where the water is dripping. In my unit they are under the bathroom sink. To start with, with water pressure in the lines pull up on the handles, and flush any debris that might be in the water line from manufacturing. If that does not work, you can use a small screw driver and remove the metal band, then the handle will pull out. Check the gasket, and add a bit of plumbers guess to the o ring. Put back together, and give it a try.
Assuming it is under warranty still, you could have the dealer do it too.

The drip is coming from under the trailer. About where the grey tank is located. It has the underbelly covered so I really can't see much. The drip comes right through it though. I'll post a pic in a minute. I checked all low point drains and it's not coming from them.

Do you have water in your FW tank(s)? I did and saw a similar drip. My underbelly is enclosed so I couldn't tell exactly where it originated, but it dripped down onto the middle of the rear axle.
On my 2015 27RLS it is a FW leak in the line or the fittings where my two FE tanks are connected. It is at the dealer ask we speak waiting for approval from Jayco for warranty repair.
As an aside, check your ceiling smoke alarm. Mine dropped off onto the top of the slide and was jammed in the slide seal. Others have had their alarms make the trip all the way outside.

No water in the fresh tank. There is a little hole in the thermal cover it comes out of. I'm trying to post a pic it won't let me.

Yes. Still have the warranty. We have a trip planned so can't bring it in until we return. Just figured I would ask here first. I was thinking its condensation from the fridge.
Side note how do I post a pic on here. Keeps asking for a url?

Mine did the same thing. The dealer had water in the fresh tank, I drained it on the way home after experiencing several trailer sway, also water pouring out of the belly. Got home cut hole in the belly, found the dummies at the factory didn't exhaust the fresh tank overflow tubes out the belly so water soaked the insulation under the fresh tanks and caused drips for a month or so.

I had a similar issue but it only occurred while the hot water tank was lit. Apparently the extra pressure was just enough to cause a short section of piping to leak. Dealer fixed it under warranty - said they believe the piping had "micro-fractures" due to metal shavings left over from manufacture rubbing against the pipe when the trailer was underway.

That explanation would be a little hard to swallow!

I doubt it's the fridge. I get no dripping under the trailer from my fridge. Having the belly covered makes it harder to figure it out. At least it's only dripping and not gushing...

Agreed... Whatever the problem was they did fix it - no more leaks with the hot water tank lit. I agree that the enclosed underbelly really makes it hard to track things down.

Hard to see. But the water comes out of the small hole.

Drip
Check it as soon as possible one of my new trailers drain pipe going into the grey tank came apart and the water leaked into the sub floor soaking the insulation and warping the plastic cover covering the bottom of the trailer.

Doesn't sound like this is the issue, but we do get drips from morning dew and A/C.
