dielectric problem

This has happened once before the frame and metal parts have become electrically charged. It will give you a shock when grounded ex: If you are on bare dirt/ ground and touch the metal of the door casing you get zapped.
Therefore dielectric right? Well that was my first guess. But I can find no loose grounds.
If it were a screw through a wire it would have been caught at the factory or should have.
Any other ideas will be appreciated.

not a loose ground. it is commonly called "HOT SKIN" and it comes from a 110 hot wire that is touching the trailer frame somewhere... DO NOT USE THE RV till you find out where the short is...

It is most likely the shore power connection. All three wires from the shore power has to be used. Not enough info submitted to really guess at much...

Are you connected to your garage at home when you are getting this small electrical shock. The three conductor coming from the garage must be in good condition if you are using a RV30A-15A Adapter plugged into a good 120VAC garage receptacle.

Your trailer frame is only grounded through the GREEN WIRE coming from the shore power connection.
This is a typical 120VAC wiring connection for using 50AMP and 30AMP connections feeding a RV Trailer
