Dinette Slide Cam Follower Repair

Found this cam follower inside the coach under the right side of our dinette slide on our Alante 26X. The slide still operates fine as I believe their are several of these supporting the operation of the slide and one missing will not cause a problem.
My question is has anyone replaced one of these on their slide? I assume that I need to remove the sofa and the floor under the sofa to get to the place where it came from. I did not see a way to replace from the outside although I can see other cam followers from the outside.

I did find out how to replace/install the cam followers in the Power Gear dinette slide.....and if you need to do this, hope the circus is in town because you will need a midget to do it! Seriously, with the slide in you can see the mechanism behind the drivers seat....floor level...underneath the dinette slide.....but I had to go thru some body contortions to get it in and tighten it. I also checked the other one (2 per side) while I was in the contorted position.....now for some muscle relaxation...(a nice bottle of Cabernet).
I'll see if I can get a picture of the unit (track and cam followers) tomorrow.
