Looking for some help.. plugged trailer into 30 amp electricity and the AC and refrigerator don’t work. No breakers are tripped.
Where should I start?

Welcome to the forum.

As a start...
Is this the first time you've used the trailer/was everything working the last time you used it?
Do you have 120v power at the trailer outlets?
Do you have 12v power? (the fridge temp control and light uses 12v power).

Yes, everything was functioning normally, we have used it for 4 years with no problems.
The microwave is working fine.
I don’t have a light in the refrigerator and it is a manual temperature control.

The circuit breakers in our trailer have to be pushed to the 'off' position against spring tension and then moved back to the 'on' position when they have been tripped. Just moving the lever to the 'on' position doesn't restore the power and, visually, a tripped breaker doesn't always look tripped.

Maybe try pushing the AC (air conditioner) breaker to the 'off' position and see if you feel spring tension. Then switch it to the 'on' position.

We’ve tried that and even switched the breakers. They are all working properly.

Check your fuses, the thermostat and the fridge controller are powered by 12 volt.

I am having a very similar problem right now. If you have checked all breakers (and totally reset them) and all your fuses are okay as well, it may very well be a converter issue. Mine went bad a couple weeks ago and I'm replacing it tomorrow. Do some research on faulty RV converters and you can see if the symptoms are similar to yours.
