FIC 3500 Power Tongue Jack
We have a FIC 3500 Power Tongue Jack on our Trailer, and it has stopped working when not hooked up to the TV. It does operate fine when hooked up to the TV. I have checked the inline fuse with a multimeter and it appears to be fine. Does anyone know if there is a circuit breaker may be located, or if it could be another issue.

Tried replacing the 12v 20amp Circuit Breaker yesterday, but it did not fix the problem.

If you install a 30 Amp at least you are current with 30 Amp fuse they install. Also it is recommended to install directly to the battery. Also the grounds are very poor. Run a ground wire from the motor directly to the batt. negative.
Keep them covered and greased.
