Unhappy fiver landing gear not extending

1994 RK3050 having an issue with one landing gear not extending. This is a 12 volt electrical jack and only the right side is working. The shaft running between both sides is operable. The problem appears to be with the magic tht takes place inside the actual square jack tube. Sounds like it could be a stripped gear or shear pin but I do not see a way to get inside that mechanism on the vertical tube that the jack slides up and down in. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry about your troubles. We were told during our PDI, not to retract tye landing gear past or over the black line or it would/could get jammed. Did you?

The rod running from one side to the other should have a pin in each end of it. That happened to me one time and one of those pins was broke. Good luck.

There was no over extension or retrraction. After talking with a dealer I beleive that a shear pin in the bevel gear is gone. I will be dropping the at fault jack next week and will know for sure then. Thanks for the advice.

I needed to replace the bevel gear set on both Jacks due to lack of maintenance by the previous owner. Everything else on the trailer is well greased and maintained but these jacks are a real PITA to get to. Works great now.
