Frameless window won't close

The lower window in the bathroom popped off of the crank arms then flipped up about 90°. Now it will not close all the way, it seems that something on top is holding it up, and is about 8" from being flush. Does anyone know how to get this fixed? Is there something at the top of the pane that needs to be moved or adjusted?

There isn't that much too them. There should be an inner seal in there. Other than that, there is only the track and a couple of screws to keep it from sliding out the side.

Yeah, I looked right away, but didn't know what to say. Can you post a pic. Might be able to assist if I had an eyeball on it.

The issue was at the top of the bottom window. It wasn't going into the spot correctly so it wouldn't close all the way. All my verbs are past tense because the window pane dropped and the tempered glass shattered into thousands of pieces! Looks like I'm but a new window...

Sorry to hear that, Allan. I've heard of these windows breaking/shattering even while in transit, but haven't heard of your issue before. Hope all works out for you!
