Welcome to the jayco site, Need model and year of TT as well as c.f /model/sn of refer. Most likely you have a norcold brand refer, I would call norcold at 800-283-8267

Sounds like your heating element may be out or a safety switch has failed. Take a look at my sig and you will find service manuals for Norcold which may help you troubleshoot.

Funny you should mention this. I go to turn my fridge on the day before we leave for the weekend, and the fridge will not work on AUTO or LP.
Lights flash and the fridge does not cool. grrrrrrr

I had trouble with mine last trip out. Couldn't get the burner lit on propane. I took the outside cover off the fridge vent so I could see what was happening with the burner. Igniter would click about 3 times then the burner would fire up, but only run for seconds then shut off. I tried to get it running about 3 times and the same thing happened. I believe it was air in the gas lines. I lit the burners on propane stove and got them burning then tried the fridge again and it worked fine.
