frig not cooling

Hello! I'm new to this website and have never attempted a forum before. I have a Norcold N611 refrigerator and freezer that is not getting cold. Both are warm. The interior light works but that's all. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can fix my problem?

We need a little more info. Are you plugged in to shore power? Do you have the switch set to auto?

My rv is plugged into an electrical outlet. The frig has an option of Auto or Gas. I have it switched to Auto. There is a green light by the word on that flashes 5 times then stays on for a bit then repeats.

Here's a link to your manual, scroll down to see the fault codes and how to try to remedy

Looks like this may answer your question.

From User Manual

Cooling unit sensing:

The controls have the ability to sense the operation of the cooling unit. If the controls sense that the cooling unit has stoppedcooling:

- The heat sources to the cooling unit are turned off and are locked out by the controls.

- The ON light flashes about five times every three seconds. You can reset the controls and remove the fault code one time. To reset the controls, shut off and then start the refrigerator.

- To turn off the refrigerator, push the selector switch to the OFF position.

- To turn on the refrigerator, push the selector switch to the AUTO position. If you reset the controls and the fault occurs again before the refrigerator completes a full cooling cycle:

- The heat sources to the cooling unit are turned off and are locked out.

- The ON light flashes about five times every three seconds.

- This time you can not reset the fault. Have the refrigerator serviced by your dealer or a Norcold authorized Service Center as soon as possible.

Thank you all for the help. I tried to reset it but it still does the same thing. I will take it to a Norcold repair man. I'm sure it will be expensive to fix! So for this trip we will be using an ice chest.
