Furniture care?

So, we have a 2019 JayFeather 27RL that has the dark (Charcoal?) colored furnishings in it.

It has the dual recliners, Tri-fold couch, and dinette that are all this color.

I'm assuming this is referred to as "pleather?" Trying to keep it in good shape without a bunch of pealing like may units do, for as long as possible.

When we purchase the unit, we received a type of "care" package that includes some spot remover for the furnishing, wash/wax, and a leather and vinyl conditioning along with some wipes and gloves.

Would it be safe to use the vinyl and leather conditioner? I also have some leather conditioner wipes from use with one of my vehicles. Would that be a safe product to use? It does have 3 different oils within the ingredients of the wipes.

Not exactly sure what's in the vinyl and leather conditioner. It doesn't contain any type of oil though.

Thanks for any advice, I very much appreciate it.
