Grey Tank Sensors not reading Correctly since Florida

We spent 2 months over the winter in Bushnell, Florida and have had a problem with our Grey tank sensors ever sense reading 2/3 even when empty. I think it might be lime buildup on the sensors from the hard water in Florida.

Any suggestions to get the sensors working again, would replace but they are inside the enclosed underbelly of our North Point

I Have tried the following products

Pure Power Blue Waste Digester and Odor Eliminator ( Black Tank every time after I drain the tank)

Happy Campers Organic RV Holding Tank Treatment

TankTechsRx - RV Holding Tank Treatment & Cleaner - 16 Ounce = 32 Treatments - All Natural Probiotics for RV, Marine, Camping, Portable Toilets

We live , and camp a lot, in Florida, and have not experienced any problems over several years, so I doubt that a couple of months' exposure to our, admittedly awful, water would cause you a problem.

Did you do laundry on board? Detergents and hard water are not a good mix, they create a greasy deposit that may be building up on your sensors?

No Laundry on board, first time we ever had a issue that we could not take care of with the sensors. We back flushed with a flush king, tried a couple of different products that are supposed to work cleaning the sensors.

A probe cleaner called Tank Blaster, or Commando may clean them. Follow the directions, and see if it helps. Our gray tank sensors just started to remain at 1/3, after 8 years. I used the Commando brand, and after the treatment they finally read empty after a week had elapsed. I replaced them anyway with Horst Miracle Sensors a few weeks ago, but we don't have the enclosed underbelly. There was dried flakey crud on two of them.
