Exclamation Help! 2017 x213 Slide coming off track

I bought a brand new 2017 x213 and at first everything worked fine. Last camping trip I noticed the rear slide was acting funny and after inspecting I found that both slide guides were slightly off track. Inside the slide "channels" there are a set of wheels, one for each track, that roll on the lips of the guide. The wheels had come off track and were getting partially wedged along the track. I was able to get the wheels back on track but they still come off occasionally when I'm extending the slide. I really don't want to have to deal with warranty work and a dealer if I don't have to, so any suggestions. Does anybody know how to adjust the slide, it looks like if I adjust it further over to one side it would solve the problem...just not sure how to do it

Only way to fix that is to replace the entire wall assembly. (Per the factory)Once the wheels pop off they cannot be put back on permanently.

Get that thing back to the dealer ASAP! You want to get that repaired under warranty by professionals.
