How to remove light fixtures

I'll look stupid so others don't have to. Feel free to add other style lights to this thread.

How to I get to the wires behind this light? I want to add a USB outlet and the pass through seems like the best place to grab power.

There are tabs that hold the inner fixture to the white trim. Carefully pry out near the tabs. A thin screwdriver will work. Then 3 screws should be holding the white fixture to the ceiling. Took mine out to run a few wires. I had to open the ceiling up since the holes for the light wiring is small.

Did you try twisting it off counter clockwise?

Thank you. I seemed to remember reading that before. I'm planning on just running the wires along the bed support. Jayco only ran USB on one side, having it on both sides of the bed will be nice. I can't believe all this time I kept looking at ways to pull power from the ceiling lights. This will be easy and if I butcher it a little bit I'm the only one that will ever see it.

Yes. And clockwise lol. I was determined. I'm a little surprised how tight it was being held on. Thank you for the suggestion.
