Identify the part. You get two chances.

Today I while doing a couple thinks to my trailer, I came across a couple parts that were either missing or broken. Tell me how important these are or are not. First pic is of my propane regulator. Seems to have lost a cover of some sort right in the middle. I’m hoping it’s just a dust cover or similar.

Second pic is the drive shaft the fan on the AC. The little foam piece is split where it meets the motor. Important or no?

In the first pic your missing a plastic cover it appears. Not sure I’d worry about it.... unless I smelled propane...

I have been watching a lot of you tube videos on rv ac's and many do not have that foam washer.
