Jacking up Trailer to change or replace tires

Had Rainiers. Got a broken belt after 3 1/2 years. Took trailer to Trailer shop to get my new GoodYear Endurance tires mounted.

Here is the question. Trailer has the CR3000 system. Tire guy put the jack right on the pivot point of the CR3000 between the tandem tires.
I thought you are not supposed to put jacks here but on the frame behind or in front of the tires.

Owners manual says one frame in front or behind tires. I'd be concerned of tweaking that suspension bracket out of shape where they put it. I would check it very carefully, and check the welds. If damaged, they need to pay to fix it.

The guy that inspects mine always wants to jack using the axles and I have to tell him every year to not do that....

Thank you for the quick response. I will go point that out to the tech right now.
Thank you.

So, after I pointed out the above, I later walked by as he was changing out the passenger side tires, He has 1 jack under the frame behind the back wheel and had a 2nd jack lifting the rear axel enough to raise the tire up to remove it.
I have photos if anything happens as proof.
